A good corporate citizen

B.B.N.P. sponsors a number of useful activities aimed at encouraging intellectual activity and promoting cultural knowledge in the community. It recognizes a responsibility for all those who are genuinely needy, especially in its home region of Southern Bohemia. Company sponsorship focuses on sports, the arts, health care, social welfare, and education.

However the company supported as well a few events taking place in "Czechvar territory". In 2002 and 2003 “Rock Fest in Chicago” and Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque in 2003.

Sports

The company’s sports sponsorship concentrates primarily on ice hockey and cycling; volleyball is sponsored at a regional level. B.B.N.P. is the “Official Beer of Czech Ice Hockey“. We are the official partner for the Czech Ice Hockey Extra League and for the Czech Republic ice hockey national team.We also support the cycling club in Tábor. We are the advertising partner for the MTB Cup and the Cyclo-Cross Cup.

The arts

The company’s arts activities focus on collaboration with successful Czech culture projects. For example, we support tours by Czech famous music groups. In Southern Bohemian, we support the Theatre of South Bohemia in České Budějovice.

Regional development

Besides sports and cultural activities in the region, B.B.N.P. has been a long-term sponsor of Centre of Disabled in České Budějovice, as well as dozens of other social and charity projects.
