Award

B.B.N.P. has won many awards since the brewery was founded – from both consumer organisations and brewing experts, both at home and abroad. The most valuable awards include the first gold medal from the 1896 World Exposition in Prague. Another memorable achievement is the company’s “hat-trick”, when it was three times double gold medal winner for its lager and strong lager in the World Quality Selections competition organized by the International Quality Control Institute in Brussels, Luxembourg, and Lisbon in 1999, 2000 and 2001. Of the domestic awards, it is worth mentioning the nine Beer of the Year titles (1996, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004,2005 and 2006) awarded to Czechvar by Pivní kurýr (Beer Courier), the favourite magazin dedicated to beer in the Czech Republic.
